With the upgrade to BMC ITSM 19.x, the customer commissioned a modernization of the GUI. The main goals were:
- Modern “look&feel”,
- User-friendliness,
- Eye-friendly contrast,
- Alignment with corporate design (color schema, icon-set),
- central configuration, independent of the core BMC files.
I realized the requirements using additional custom CSS and integrating customer’s own icon-set and color-schema. The core files (e.g. ARSystem.css) have not been modified.
